Quick to respond and VERY KNOWLEDGABLE!!

These Cloudways people are amazing! Every time i need help they are quick to respond and very helpful!! I even just contact them when i do updates and backups and they will go on standby in chat and help if anything goes sideways! Brilliant and VERY knowledgable!! ALWAYS go out of their way to help or suggest resolutions. Just AMAZING worth every penny!

I have been using hosting sites since the beginning of the Netscape days and I must tell you that the support team at Cloudways along with the company in general are 5 star and very serious and dedicated in helping its customers. They go above and beyond. As I said I know from first hand experience that this is true. So forget the rest and go with the best.

What do you like best about Cloudways? Cloudways offers the flexibility to purchase as much hosting as needed, and gives me speed I could not find through other hosts, even with their "Managed Wordpress" products. With Cloudways I am easily hosting four small, low traffic Wordpress sites and they work so much faster than my previous hosts.
