Easy and advanced

Started using Cloudtalk in my company over the last few months and I LOVE IT! It is a super easy to use dialer with additional features including power dialer and insights / reporting on the calls. I like the layout and finding it easy to use also.

"CloudTalk made my life easier!"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? I'm from the Philippines and working as a project manager for an Australia-based business. I love how we can integrate CloudTalk with our CRM tool and it helps me easily communicate with clients with automatic syncing of contact details. I researched for other communication companies too but only CloudTalk meets my needs. There's no minimum number of user requirement, can be integrated with CRM tool, has a mobile app, and CSRs are easy to work with.

What do you like best about CloudTalk? That it integrates with gorgias...as we currently have 3 separate businesses and are growing, it's great to be able to create tickets for calls and texts to keep track of everything.
