What do you like best about CloudTalk? One of the best features of cloudtalk is the sms and call feature which is easiest to navigate. this app is very reliable when it comes to marketing and ecommerce businesses.It can be used not only on your android device but also on Mac, windows and web browsers. It offers an advantage of allowing users post from their tablet or computer by just using their android device phone number.

Cloudtalk for growing businesses

PROS: Quite instinctive to use, the click to dial from your browser saves a load of time and it's awesome that the calls now sync to the deals in Pipedrive too. The dev team seem to be working actively on improving the service all the time CONS: We had some issues with the call quality although it seems to be more a symptom of poor wifi connection so make sure you have a strong connection and decent wifi speeds otherwise the quality won't be up to scratch.

CloudTalk Is Awesome!

PROS: The product integrates well with our CRM, Pipedrive. It's easy to use and loads quickly. You can record calls and track who've you called using both systems. CONS: Need IOS app and there was an issue with the tagging and disposition notes that they are working on now.
