Very useful tool

A very useful tool, especially for the sales and customer service department. Thanks to it, the company can have local numbers from many countries, which is very customer-friendly and increases conversion. Thanks to the recording of conversations within the organization, it allows for easy listening to conversations and continuous improvement of sales and service competencies. It also allows you to easily manage work and monitor activities.

Using Cloudtalk overall serves its…

Using Cloudtalk overall serves its purpose like its texting feature is so easy to use and also when doing outbound call its audio quality is loud and clear. I just would like to suggest if they can improve the cloudtalk icon beside the phone number to be clickable and more functional since on my end its really not working.
