Lots of features and reliable.

Easy to use and understand
The application is super easy to use/understand. It was also really easy to get started with CloudTalk. I use the application every day for reaching out to customers and it just makes the process super efficient.

Good, useful, straight to the point. Excellent tool overall
The whole process to get started with Cloudtalk was actually very simple, in our case we were looking to have an IVR system for our business with different options and paths, and it was very easy to create this within CloudTalk. We're very satisfied with it so far, been on it for about 6 months on the paid plan.

I prefer it over Aircall!
I prefer it over Aircall!We used to use Aircall, but I find CloudTalk much easier to use. It’s simple, it works seamlessly, and the automatic logging of call recordings and notes in HubSpot right after a call is incredibly smart.
