Like that it is connected to CRM and…

Like that it is connected to CRM and you do not have to imports contacts separately and can use only for dialling - even if contact is not in CRM and use as just normal phone. If I would need more of functionality then I would comment but now I only use it as dialer. One downside that I know of is that it is not always a good connection with some specific countries.
