"All in one solution without the headache"
What do you like best about CloudTalk? Being able to create campaigns, and follow the analytics on specific campaigns. Also, the ability to see who is calling when they call into the office. The integrations with Intercom are great too!

All in one solution without the hassle
CloudTalk has been a great product for us so far. We upgraded from an archaic system and the benefits are endless. We have found it so much easier to organize our contacts. Simple things such as Called ID and it being integrated with Intercom have been unexpected additions. The UI is really easy to use and the app is basic and does everything it needs to do without being over complicated.

What do you like best about CloudTalk? it's very intuitive and keeps a log of the calls, so that you can review them later on. What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Simple to use and reliable
Simple and easy to use. I find it great when you have to call multiple countries and also track who you have called and when you called them. The system is also reliable, meaning it is always up and running.
