"Great service for a small travel company, easy to keep track of and follow up with client contacts"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? The ease which with all of us can keep track of client responses, even after our shifts are over. I also like how you can set up who receives calls in order of priority (for example, if my colleague is on a call, and another comes in, it comes to me, but otherwise they all go to her).

What do you like best about CloudTalk? - UI is very nice and intuitive, built in analytics are helpful and the mobile app is a very good addition. - Integrations with other tools are brilliant (Salesforce, Salesloft).

"For the price you pay, i think its well worth the money!"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? I run a marketing agency, I have been using Cloud talk as my main phone provider for the past few months. It's working good and I don't have any complaints.

"Useful but a few annoying bugs"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? I liked that I did not have to use my personal number. It was nice to use this app to contact without throwing my personal number around. Also, the integration into Zoho was super convenient.
