"Good when it works, complete disaster when there is a problem"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? When it works it has a good quality of calls, great API offering almost every functionality you would need. Support is sometimes very responsive (depends ona day and the problem).

What do you like best about CloudTalk? great platform to use for making calls and automatically records them. Cloud talk also has integration for CRM systems, so makes my working day all that bit easier

"Use very often for work"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? The thing I find that is the most beneficial aspect of cloudtalk would be the quality of the call. I have used many different dialers before, but out of all the ones that I have used, none compare in terms of the call quality.

Works well for a sales position

I make and receive multiple calls daily so I like that there is a notes feature in the app so I can collect info while I am on a call. It helps me to organize by having calls and notes in one place. The app also stores call history and marks missed call numbers I haven't gotten back to as yet. What I dislike, If I forget to confirm your notes while I am on a call and the call ends before I do this, I lose the notes. I hope that this can be fixed to prevent this from happening.
