What do you like best about CloudTalk? Me parece una herramienta muy practica a la hora de realizar las llamadas en mi area de trabajo, ya que disminuye el tiempo de marcacion, aumentando asi la productividad en alcance de contactacion efectiva a la cartera de clientes en un menor tiempo, tambien es bastante practica al momento de generar comentarios y canalizacion para cada linea y asi poder asi llevar un mejor control y orden de la cartera para una contactacion futura.

What do you like best about CloudTalk? Simple to use, very intuitive interface. No hidden costs. Diego Díaz, our POC, is awesome, too helpful during the trial phase, integration and handoff. Helpdesk works like a charm, very fast and sharp.
