What do you like best about CloudTalk? I use the calling app, but mainly the Call history statistics. It is easier to listen/download calls, and is overall a better experience than other apps

"Recording and Notes is a A+"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? I love that CloudTalk records the calls and gives the feature to add notes to each interaction. This gives us the capability to easily refer back to call quickly and if needed, we can listen to the recording.

"Great product"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? I have only been using Cloudtalk for a few months and am very satisfied with this program. It works (without bugs !), very intuitive, looks nice and clear. I also noticed that this is still a newly developed program. Updates will fix this.
