Great call quality

Very easy to set up and great customer support (kudos to David) when I had questions. Most importantly, all my calls had a good call quality, which is something I was lacking with alternative solutions (e.g. lags) and is a true showstopper for me!

Cloud Talk - Probably the best thing that came out of Slovakia

Cloudtalk seems to be the best solution for companies that need to record their phonecalls and need an overview of the workflow. Their pricing is fair, they provide monthly or yearly plan and you can cancel anytime, which is a great flexibility! The biggest plus is that you dont need to pay some one time fee as a commision for them even starting the service. Their employees are trying to find the best solution for you, so both of us can grow and prosper.Thumbs up!

Amazing quality

Amazing quality, i love the phone app bec it makes it easier for me to follow up on missed calls and make on spot calls if needed. The call quality is also very nice which is a huge advantage.
