Cloudbeds has been fantastic
Cloudbeds has been really amazing. It is highly versatile and allows us to get immediate assistance with any issues or questions in real time. I have used cloudbeds for several hotel companies that I have been a GM of and they keep evolving as the market and demand does. Also, I have to point out that Raul Ramirez, my current property onboarding coach, is one of the most efficient and helpful people I have ever worked with.

Life just got easier!
My experience with Cloudbeds so for has been exceptional! The gentleman who introduced Cloudbeds was never pushy, however, he followed up several times over the past two years. We finally were able to join recently. Our Onboard coach Raina was AWESOME!! She was a perfect coach for us. We like the functionality of the program, the reports offered, and the fact the program is not fractured is accessible on any device and has a fair price.

Excellent Live Chat help from Sandy!
I just finished a live chat with Sandy Prabowo Sutanto and the help I received was nothing short of fantastic! It was at least an hour and a half live chat with multiple coaching needs to fix our connection with an OTA. Sandy was patient, clear, and a true expert at the work.
