Excellent On-boarding
I’m in the process of on-boarding with Cloudbeds. The process has been simple and intuitive and the on-boarding specialist helping me, Raul, has been amazing. He is knowledgeable, efficient and was willing to research solutions for some questions I had that were outside of the norm!

An easy choice between all the PMS out there.
Right from the get go it was clear that Cloudbed was in a league of its own. Competitors fall short from the professionalism and honed in processes Cloudbeds has built from initiation to onboarding to going live. We used their website process, which was awesome as we worked with Federico L. who was just such a pleasure to work with. Love these guys!
What do you mean what made my experience great, these guys reach out to you for whatever you need, offering all the extra stuff they have and getting you trained for it all even, you literally need 1 person less working in your place because of how good these guys are! :)

Raul Ramirez is extremely helpful
Raul Ramirez has been fantastic to work with over the last two months of onboarding. I have had issues with computer related zoom meeting setup that he helped with on top of training on the Cloudbeds system. I look forward to seeing my reservations increase as well as my revenue.
