If you have to contact their support, don’t hold your breath. You’ll be luckily if you’re being answered after a third reminder.Being promised certain updates that are crucial to our business for almost a year.

What do you like best? For hospitality client management, this software is great, its very clear, easy to use and it has a user friendly interface What do you dislike? Some processes that should be simple can be long winded for example, payments and extending reservations What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It pulls through a wider range of booking platforms which allows us to be in front of a bigger audience

What do you like best? La interfaz y la sencillez para el manejo de front. el hecho de tener todo integrado en un solo producto es muuy conveniente para los alojamientos pequeños. Les permite publicarse y competir con los grandes. What do you dislike? We are a 9-room Bed&Breakfast in Vermont and have been using Cloudbeds products for 2 years now and have only wonderful positive things to say about the company, its products and its team.
