Excellent screenshot/gif sharing app

What do you like best? The ease of use and sharing is the best aspect. What do you dislike? There isn't anything that I can point to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ease of sharing what's happening on my screen has been huge. I'm a remote worker, so being able to have that extra bit of context when I'm trying to describe a problem or demonstrate a feature to a coworker has been crucial.

Very seamless and usefull

What do you like best? I like that I can just use a shortcut key and my link is copied over to my clipboard. I don't have to think about using cloudapp. I also like that my screenshot history is easily available. What do you dislike? There's often a delay to when the link is created. Best tool for remote communication, to point out details

What do you like best? I love cloudapp as it is just so handy, right on my fingertips when I need to point out anything to my colleagues or friends that are remote. What do you dislike? I like everything but the fact that I can't include my entire screen scrolling down but I have to zoom out on ocasion. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easiest way to save and share content

What do you like best? how easy it it to screenshot and share images/videos What do you dislike? There isn't too much to dislike about this, I use it mostly for exactly what I need to so I think it's great! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? saves me SO much time internally and externally to share and teach people how to do things

Makes screenshots a breeze!

What do you like best? As a remote support worker, I love the ease at which I can use Cloudapp to work through troubleshooting steps with customers. I love that it has the option for a still screenshot, soundless GIF or a longer video walk-through! What do you dislike? My Cloudapp won't allow me to add annotations to the app when I view it in my browser; I have to do it from the menu bar dropdown at the top of my Mac. Not a big deal though! What do you like best? The high-quality images that I am able to send easily to our users as links or full-scale images. What do you dislike? The load time of these higher quality images. What do you like best? The keyboard shortcuts that make it easy to quickly take screenshots, videos, etc. What do you dislike? Fantastic product that's constantly improving

What do you like best? Customer service. CloudApp *always* responds promptly and professionally to my team's support requests. What do you dislike? CloudApp for Windows doesn't have all the same functionality that CloudApp for macOS has; I would love to see more complete parity between the different versions. Awesome tool, Super Useful!

What do you like best? The feature I appreciate most with Cloudapp is that I can insert the screenshot into a spreadsheet without having to upload the image. It keeps my workbooks clean. Excellent full featured screenshot/screencast app

What do you like best? When you create a screenshot or screencast, cloudapp provides you a link that you can use to easily share the screenshot or screencast. This is very helpful to quickly show clients how to do things. What do you dislike? The editor has some unintuitive features.
