What do you like best? I like how easy CloudApp is to take screenshots and record videos on my screen with ease and share with my colleagues via email, slack and embed into training decks for my reps. Saves so much time - an essential for developers

What do you like best? It's absolutely fantastic for troubleshooting software or creating tutorials. I can take short videos of what I'm doing on my screen and send them to tech support for much faster resolution of problems, instead of having to take time to describe the problem or send a collection of screenshots. Best in class support / sales tool - show, don't tell!

What do you like best? I love the gif capture and auto upload features. The annotation / blur / highlight is the best looking I've found. It's quick and simple to share howto gifs or screenshots. Love the picture in picture feature for capturing videos for quick product tours and putting a face to a name. I couldn't do my job without CloudAPP

What do you like best? I do tech support for a software company, and I can't imagine my job without CloudApp. I'm able to super quickly grab annotated screenshots, GIFs, and screen recordings for my customers. I love how the link to the media is automatically copied to my clipboard so I can quickly paste it right into my reply to the customer. What do you dislike? I can't think of a single complaint. Saves me time and headache!

What do you like best? I love that CloudApp just copies the screenshot to your clipboard so you can easily paste it into an email or slack. No more cluttered desktop full of random screenshots! I use this Daily. I wouldnt be able to get thru the day without it

What do you like best? I love how simple and seamless CloudApp is. It just works without you having to think about it. I use it for annotating images, sharing quick images with colleagues in slack, hosting images for use in Google Slide presentations. Its really great. What do you dislike? The most recent update is a bit wonky, but I've gotten used to it. Every once in a while I have to restart the app (maybe like once every 3 months). Quick and Helpful Screengrabs

What do you like best? The ability to quickly take screenshots and make edits or improvements is great. The .gif features is also super helpful. What do you dislike? The app quits unexpectedly at times. At times the screengrabs that you take will show blank or the links will not be copied. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are typically using CloudApp for taking screengrabs of our product for training purposes.
