Great on PC, horrible on phone

What do you like best? Easy to use on your computer - you can select a photo, video, or GIF screenshot option and drag to pick the part of your window that you want to screenshot. CloudApp is the best tool I've used for taking screenshots, and annotating for users and colleagues

What do you like best? The annotation tool has saved me so much time (I used to use Paint to paste in a printscreen, and then edit it, save it and send it to someone). What do you dislike? It's a bit difficult to see which of my drops is which, but this can be easily solved by clicking them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great tool for productivity and collaboration.

What do you like best? It truly saves us time creating GIF, videos, etc. and the personal touch with the video makes customers feel much more personal. We consistently get asked "whats the tool that allows you to do that so quickly?". What do you dislike? I haven't really found a good way to make the integrations work. I still find myself dragging and dropping from the menu bar dropdown. Additionally, getting our own domain/etc deterred us from using that feature. I'd rather them ...

Easy screenshots and sharing

What do you like best? How quickly I can take a screenshot and have a link to share. It makes life a lot easier when describing an issue or sharing an example. What do you dislike? The annotations have to be done in the app vs. directly in the browser. Too many extra clicks to get it down. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick and easy sharing of examples and ideas with our team and customers.

I use this app for a very simple use case and it works really well.

Easy, intuitive, and user friendly

What do you like best? Super user friendly and intuitive to use, the ability to record gif animations are fun too. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. Sometimes the video uploads can take a minute or two, especially if it includes audio and it's a few minutes long, not sure if there is any way to avoid that. File Sharing has Never Been this Easy!

What do you like best? It's so easy to use. Amazing how fast I can share videos and images to my assistants for review. It's like a beefed up Droplr. It's better than a Snipping tool as well. I used to utilize Droplr before and I was happy with the tool, but when I started using Cloud App, I can see the difference. What do you dislike?
