"The best CRM bang for the buck out there!"

What do you like best about Close? The system is so easy to learn and very intuitive. I was able to get up ad running in under an hour and it has been the best money I've ever spent on a CRM, PERIOD. What do you dislike about Close? I wish they would compromise between the basic package and the business package. The jump in cost is a bit too much. What do you like best about Close? The interface is highly intuitive and easy to use. They group individuals under an account. You can easily see all calls and emails. "So quick to use...."

What do you like best about Close? The system is very intuitive. Great UX, you can zip through most tasks on one page. Also as you use an app, much quicker than web based. What do you dislike about Close? Global data sharing across an organisation. Sometimes, data should be kept private from other teams etc. Just a few design niggles, like no checkbox on lists, or move between cards, but pretty minor. Marketing pretty scant too. Top tier Zapier integration, built-in phone system, built-in drip campaigns, native sms, advanced filtering and searching, and nested smartviews What do you dislike about Close? "The Perfect CRM"

What do you like best about Close? Close is a great CRM. It's super flexible/customizable without the bloat that Salesforce tends to have. It's integrations are easy and the team at Close is super responsive/helpful. I've suggested product enhancements and they've implemented them. Whenever I've had an issue, the answer has often as been as easy as, "Fixed. Reload the app." I can't think of a better option. "The first and last CRM."

What do you like best about Close? It's super simple, easy to use while still having all the features you want and need. What do you dislike about Close? I feel that the power dialer should be available in cheaper plans of the product. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? I never had any issues with it. The main benefits are the tasks, the smart views are super helpful and the integration with google calendar.
