"Fantastic CRM"

What do you like best about Close? The ease of importing contacts, merging contacts and managing clients. What do you dislike about Close? There is nothing that I dislike so far, it's great. Recommendations to others considering Close: Explore all of it's functionality, I find new things I can do with Close every now and then. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? The ease of setting email sequences and follow-up alerts has made my job much easier.

"A great CRM with great customer service"

What do you like best about Close? Aside from the fact that it is a well-made program, the service is great. Anytime I have an issue and reach out to support, I hear back within an hour or two every time. What do you dislike about Close? I honestly don't have much to say as far as dislikes. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? It's great having all of our customer information organized. We can do anything we need to all in one program.

What do you like best about Close? I love the ability to set and track my tasks when dealing with clients, it gives me a layout of my day and allows me to work accordingly. The call recording is great as well, I like the ability to go through my calls and see what I could have done/said better. What do you dislike about Close? In my opinion the call recording should not expire after 7 days, I would like to be able to save the calls I've had with clients for longer to see where we left off ...
