What do you like best about Close? It is so simple and convenient to use. The smartviews and custom fields help me stay organized and focused. What do you dislike about Close? There is no mobile app yet. It can be challenging to run to a computer or laptop to make a call. What do you like best about Close? Easy to use follow up and tracking of phone and email contacts What do you dislike about Close? Some sporadic connections for phone usage. Not always solid. "Close is by far the best crm I have used"

What do you like best about Close? I like the way that Close is arranged neatly and all that all the options and smart views are listed in a side panel for easy access. What do you dislike about Close? I can't find anything that I dislike about Close I really enjoy using this CRM What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? I like the way you can be using the dialer and get notified when a call is incoming and the 5 minute reminder for scheduled calls.

What do you like best about Close? The interface is very intuitive, and unlike other CRMs, I find myself using Close daily. Also, love the fact that I can send cold emails directly from the platform.
