It is lacking some functionality and flexibility with respect to billing clients, particularly in contingency matters. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best about Clio? I love that I can make small tasks to break down steps in cases. Also, the records are clear and concise with timekeeping built in. The timekeeping and online payment processing were the cinchers. What do you dislike about Clio? I wish Clio had a check pay feature and showed account balances in real time.
