"Great legal case management software! "

What do you like best? I love the Gmail add-on that allows you to save emails to Clio case files without ever leaving Gmail. What do you dislike? The "Tasks" function to set up and assign lists can be confusing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Clio has allowed me to easily manage cases for attorneys. It allows me to retrieve information quickly and manage billing and invoicing better. It has definitely helped the firm with billing practices.

What do you like best about Clio? Integration is the key when using law software, CLIO does a very good job with the process What do you dislike about Clio? I do not believe this quite fits in as a negative. I need to figure out how to integrate the form letters for mass mailing. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Billing is no longer and issue for the firm, we are able to print multiple bills along with reports
