What do you like best? I can access all my client’s cases easily What do you dislike? The new version of Clio is not that easy to use Recommendations to others considering the product: If you want to have success in your legal business, do not hesitate to try Clio. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it is a client manager software that helps you having all your clients information in order, allowing you to access the information in a proper manner.

What do you like best about Clio? Intuitive interface - it is easy to learn to use this product with reasonable proficiency. Responsive support when you need it - chat and phone. Flexibility provided by numerous integrations - lets you add functionality not offered by the primary program. Comprehensive dashboard gives a good overview of firm metrics. I wish the program was better at detecting typos and mispelled names. What do you like best about Clio? Clio has streamlined our processes so much. My favorite part is the task function. It has kept us so much more organized and informed. I don't need to email or go check in with the other paralegal to see if she has completed or is working on a task. I just check the task tab for updates. What do you dislike about Clio?
