What do you like best about Clio? Clio is easy to scale, making adding new attorneys or support staff simple. With month-to-month billing, I am able to increase or decrease my firm's use as necessary. What do you dislike about Clio? The roll-out of the newest version had a few issues, such as the timer occasionally appearing to reset when billing client matters. They have since fixed this and I have not seen any other problems. The time management system in clio works well along with the organziation of client matters and notes. the ability to see all of my colleagues work on a particular client matter is also extremely helpful. The calendar function is very useful also, along with their mobile app, which allows me to schedule future client meetings while I'm away from the office. What do you dislike about Clio? What do you like best? Total practice integration. I like that I am able to see client budgets, work performed, and outstanding tasks all from the client matter area. The client portal is also much more useful than I had first expected; its efficient and clients seem to like it. What do you dislike? There is somewhat of a learning curve.
