"Clio is the true leader in flexible, web based open API law firm practice management software"
What do you like best about Clio? Clio has a dedicated web, iPadOS and iOS app to access your information both on a computer or on your device, and has a fantastic published API to allow developers to create/manage integrations to help users build a powerful customized version of their platform. What do you dislike about Clio? Clio sometimes brands their own stuff (such as the client app) SO much that the (paying) lawyers who use it with their clients end up confusing clients because it's ...

"One of the best CRMs for Law Firms"
What do you like best about Clio? The ability to integrate different aspects of my practice. I can do everything from here, Intakes, email management, case management, and so much more. I can upload documents and even financials. What do you dislike about Clio? the automatic names assigned to the cases, but that is nothing compared to the other perks this amazing CRM has! Recommendations to others considering Clio: It does not matter the size of your company, Clio fits all business ...

"Wow, so many features available!"
What do you like best about Clio? Organizing your workload with the "Tasks" feature has been one of the best tools I have come across. Also, utilizing the "Notes" section has helped keep everyone in the know of what is going on with each matter. What do you dislike about Clio? So far, I have been able to figure out a way to do what I need to within Clio, so at this time, I can't say that there is anything I "dislike" or would make better. Recommendations to others considering Clio: If you ...

"Clio is Basic, but Helpful"
What do you like best about Clio? Easy billing, streamlined case management, and easy to access regardless of your location. I also like the notes feature, so multiple attorneys can leave case updates. What do you dislike about Clio? What I like least about Clio is the layout. It feels dated and clumsy and, while easy to use, it does not look very good, in my opinion. I wish it looked more professional, clean, and modern, as opposed to dated. What problems is Clio solving and how is that ...

"Easy to Use; Many Helpful Features"
What do you like best about Clio? I think the app is the best feature! It's so easy to just open the app and add a quick note from a client meeting, instead of having to remember until you are able to sit down at your computer. What do you dislike about Clio? I don't love the time tracker. While it's helpful if you're working on Clio tasks, the tracker is less helpful for keeping time of off-line tasks. It's also a little difficult to switch between various client codes when keeping track ...

"Very Strong Personal Injury Tool..."
What do you like best about Clio? The strongest thing about Clio is their Contact Directory. I can track every convo i have with a particular contact and then I can also click on the contact and see every convo i've had with that contact. I am also able to tag the case to the notes on the conversations. What do you dislike about Clio? I wish their Medical Provider input was stronger. It would be really nice to be able to see what the status of records/billing requests are AND to see the ...

"PeopleSoft for Law"
What do you like best about Clio? Clio works well with many other platforms. I like being able to use Clio grow and clio manage together. What do you dislike about Clio? When I transfer a matter from Clio grow to Clio manage, if there are files uploaded to the client in Clio Grow, they do not always transfer over to Clio Manage. I also do not like that you cannot email externally to the client in Clio Manage as you can in Clio Grow. I also would like this improvement: if you transfer a ...
