"Clio Provides Large Firm resources to Small Firms"
What do you like best about Clio? Clio is fairly easy to use and provides the resources to manage a large client base professionally. I especially like the LawPay integration which has made processing credit card payments much easier. What do you dislike about Clio? 1. We have our own numbering system and we have to override Clio 2. When entering employees of a customer there is no field for position unless you create a separate entry for the person 3. Would like to generate Retainer ...

"Great Case Management Software"
What do you like best about Clio? Clio is extremely helpful with manage and grow for managing leads and cases. I like how I can automate some responses but would like more tutorials and education on how to use different features. Having some directions sent for things I do not now how to use properly every quarter or so would be helpful, but customer service is always amazing when I call in! What do you dislike about Clio? I am not a huge fan of the client portal experience for my clients. ...

The option to add CLIO grow for lead and intake management is nice also. What do you dislike about Clio? It could use a much better mobile app. The app also need optimized for Android tablets, not just for mobile phones. There are some quirks to the billing system that need addressed also. "Clio is useful, with a bit of tweaking"
What do you like best about Clio? Keeps billing, communications, deadlines, and documents in one place. Cloud-based systems make accessing information easy from anywhere. Everything links together through the Matter (the case) so if it's used properly, all the information is right there in one spot. It makes covering our bases easy. What do you dislike about Clio? Takes a bit of customizing on the front end for your specific practice area. Reporting tools are very general and can't be ...

"Great base practice management software with incredible potential for automating workflow."
What do you like best about Clio? The Clio software provides a great base practice management software- whats more: with proper set up, this software can be extremely powerful in automating tasks. Here are some example of how I utilize many of the integration features such as g-mail, g-drive, zapier. With these integrations, upon creating a new matter in clio, a g-drive folder is automatically created. All documents placed into my g-drive folder for the matter will show up on clio, and any ...

"Love, Love, Love"
What do you like best about Clio? The best thing about Clio for me is the Outlook integration. Being able to attach emails directly related to a client instead of sifting through each person's email is amazing! What do you dislike about Clio? For billing, I wish there was a better way to handle flat fee accounts and issue monthly invoices that say specific requests. Our clients each have contracts and it is more work to change the wording on each invoice to identify the contract. What ...

"Family Law Attorney - Clio Manage"
What do you like best about Clio? Clio was easy to learn and they have a lot of videos and webinars to learn to use the program. I have had some issues with the application and they were quick to assist with fixing the issues. The convenience of having an app on your phone for most items is very helpful. You can bill from your phone while in court. When working with Clio on your desktop you can have more than one tab open in Clio so you can have your calendar up and be working on something ...

"A Mix of emotions"
What do you like best about Clio? The billing side of Clio is absolutely fantastic. There is minimal issues, easy to work with clients by sending Invoices and receiving online payments. I would highly recommend Clio mainly for the billing side of the application. What do you dislike about Clio? The document uploading and downloading. Our firm has had and is still having issues with this area. Clio documents seem to be too time-consuming and complicated, not at all what we were sold when ...
