What do you like best about Clio? Saves me a lot of time! I love that I can send scheduled emails, you can e-sign documents, upload documents, create email templates, and it is very easy to keep track of client intake! What do you dislike about Clio? PROS: This app works best for my law practice because it helps me consolidate all my business matters into one platform. With Clio, I can easily keep track of our firm's finances, from tracking billable hours to accounts payable, making my job a lot easier to handle. With thins pandemic scare, I thought that my practice would take a big hit and lose a lot of revenue. "Great Case Management Tool"

What do you like best about Clio? It is a very user-friendly platform that is intuitive and easily learned. What do you dislike about Clio? I think that some aspects can be improved upon, mainly the editing of activities like inputting time. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Clio makes case management very easy and navigable. It is helpful to have an entire team working on a single case be able to independently access the case, add files, and review progress.

What do you like best about Clio? I like that that it's easy to collaborate as a team and that the software suite is more intuitive than not. What do you dislike about Clio? Lack of multi-signer features, specifically one signer at a time like in DocuSign. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? The problems we have solved are creating contracts and managing cases in a single platform.

What do you like best about Clio? Ease of use and the organization aspect of the software What do you dislike about Clio? I do not have anything at this time that I do not like. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? A problem I am solving would be a way to let the others in the firm about the case where everything about that case can be given to other person without being in the same area. Makes everything more organized.

What do you like best about Clio? The calendar allows for multiple users. Clio also allows users to access, track, and update client information. What do you dislike about Clio? I don't like the manner that you enter and view the task list. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? I have been able to solve the problem of everyone being able to keep track of clients.

What do you like best about Clio? The platform is so easy to navigate with intuitive tabs and sections; Offers a wide variety of reports from detailed ledger statements to revenue tracking options. Gives an outstanding performance for tracking billable hours.

PROS: It’s intuitive and very user friendly. You don’t need to have special skills and knowledge to figure out how to use the app. Should you need help, you can always look for online tutorials and FAQ’s which can be found via the internet. CONS: We have been using another app for our billable hours before using Clio. The process of integration was kind of slow and messy. So we had to watch out for errors and make sure to have it fixed manually. It took us a week to get over this issue, but ...

PROS: People love this app because of its wide array of features that can make any law practice work as simple and straightforward as possible. Everyone in my team is trained on using Clio, and each one has access to the app. It keeps my lawyers on top of their game by bringing in more clients they can handle. "The perfect legal software for small firms!"

What do you like best about Clio? Everything about Clio has been so intuitive to the point that we really didn't need much training for any of it. The ease of the program is great for logging time, document management, billing, and more. We've tried out a few different software and this one has been the most inclusive of all of our firms needs.
