"Excellent, simple billing software"

What do you like best about Clio? As a sole practitioner, Clio is perfect for tracking billable hours &generating invoices in a simple, efficient manner. Cusotmer service is immediate & helpful! What do you dislike about Clio? I have zero complaints about Clio. Customer service has been immediate and always helpful. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Clio allows me to track my hours, whether billable or not, and to easily track revenue and accounts recievable.

"A Mix of emotions"

What do you like best about Clio? The billing side of Clio is absolutely fantastic. There is minimal issues, easy to work with clients by sending Invoices and receiving online payments. I would highly recommend Clio mainly for the billing side of the application. What do you dislike about Clio? The document uploading and downloading. What do you like best about Clio? The best thing about clio is how all aspects of the case are in one place and accessible from anywhere. What do you like best about Clio? It is fairly straightforward in its use. If you have any problems there are tons of tutorials and they are incredibly helpful with attempting to resolve. What do you dislike about Clio? It can take a little while to get up to speed on everything but they are very helpful as previously stated. What do you like best about Clio? Tasks and task lists help keep me on track, and linking them to matters is really useful. I also love the "related contacts" feature, so I can list everyone that is associated with a file in one place for easy access. What do you dislike about Clio? What do you like best about Clio? Hard to name just one thing, but the intake process is invaluable. Keeping time and billing is also user-friendly and great. What do you dislike about Clio? What do you like best about Clio? The best part of CLIO is that they continue to update and improve their product. They do not rest on the status quo. What do you dislike about Clio? What do you like best about Clio? I like that it's simple to use yet very powerful and that there are many ways to do the same thing, depending on your preference. Extremely user friendly.
