What do you like best about Clio? Tasks and task lists help keep me on track, and linking them to matters is really useful. I also love the "related contacts" feature, so I can list everyone that is associated with a file in one place for easy access. What do you dislike about Clio? What do you like best about Clio? The best thing about Clio for me is the Outlook integration. Being able to attach emails directly related to a client instead of sifting through each person's email is amazing! What do you dislike about Clio? For billing, I wish there was a better way to handle flat fee accounts and issue monthly invoices that say specific requests. What do you like best about Clio? Clio was easy to learn and they have a lot of videos and webinars to learn to use the program. I have had some issues with the application and they were quick to assist with fixing the issues. The convenience of having an app on your phone for most items is very helpful.
