What do you like best about Clio? ease of use by staff, and the billing progra What do you dislike about Clio? I didn't like Law Pay. I thought it was too expensive. I terminated them and just use CLIO a 2.9%. Also, I didn't like that you have to pay per user. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Clio? Tasks and task lists help keep me on track, and linking them to matters is really useful. I also love the "related contacts" feature, so I can list everyone that is associated with a file in one place for easy access. What do you dislike about Clio? What do you like best about Clio? They keep getting better! In my 9 years as a customer I've enjoyed being able to implement all kinds of new features. Also great customer service. Nothing - honestly, Clio constantly updates and adds to their feature so there is really nothing I dislike. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Enjoy the automation and integration of form information, etc. I am just getting started with document automation which I am sure will save me much additional time. What do you dislike about Clio?
