"Works great for our non-profit!"

What do you like best about Clio? I really enjoy using clio for our non-profit! The intake forms make it really easy to automate our process with a small staff. Clio is very user friendly and it helps keep us organized. What do you dislike about Clio? Overall, Clio works very well. As a non-profit that doesn't charge for legal services, the billing features are not relevant to us. I wish there was a way to hide the billing features so they were not in the way. What do you like best about Clio? Billing is extremely easy; love the cloud storage and uploading clients' files for easy access. Also easy to locate info in Clio. I think Clio is easier to use than Leap. What do you dislike about Clio? Only think I do not like is that Clio does not have a hyperlink for lawpay echecks. What do you like best about Clio? It's very easy to organize your matters and share documents. What do you dislike about Clio? Mobile offering certainly needs work. Also it would be helpful to have either a checkout feature (like NetDocs does) or some way where people could easily collaborate with each other. What do you like best about Clio? Clio is a great program for logging dockets, keeping track of client files, organizing files, keeping track of client expenses and accounts, and as a tickler system. What do you like best about Clio? Clio gives me cloud-based access to my claim files and litigation documents so that I can work efficiently whether I am in or out of the office. "Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Clio? I think the convenience of using Clio. The ability to use the Clio App on my phone allows me to accurately keep time and assign it to the appropriate matter. Lot easier to use than the other legal tracking software. What do you dislike about Clio? I would like the ability to account for client expenses as a nonbillable item.
