"Assist with running law office"

What do you like best about Clio? ease of use by staff, and the billing progra What do you dislike about Clio? I didn't like Law Pay. I thought it was too expensive. I terminated them and just use CLIO a 2.9%. Also, I didn't like that you have to pay per user. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Billing, and keeping track of client information for the files.

"Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Clio? I think the convenience of using Clio. The ability to use the Clio App on my phone allows me to accurately keep time and assign it to the appropriate matter. Lot easier to use than the other legal tracking software. What do you dislike about Clio? I would like the ability to account for client expenses as a nonbillable item. We have some flat-fee packages and it is hard to properly account for the filing fees with the flat rate packages. Also in regards to ...

"The Most Comprehensive Legal Practice Management Software"

What do you like best about Clio? I like the fact that Clio provides the most comprehensive legal practice management software for my firm's needs, particularly the billing and trust account management features. What do you dislike about Clio? I am a court-appointed Child Representative, Guardian Ad Litem, Parenting Coordinator, and Mediator, and I have to duplicate bills for these cases to divide the payments among the litigants. I wish there was an easier way to do this rather than ...

"Keeping it all together"

What do you like best about Clio? The best thing about clio is how all aspects of the case are in one place and accessible from anywhere. Documents, notes, emails, calls, bills, invoices, tasks, time tracking. What do you dislike about Clio? I haven't found anything about clio that I dislike. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Streamlining the progress of lawsuits. Since everything is easy to find and all in one place, we are able to move our cases along more ...

"Essential for my practice"

What do you like best about Clio? Tasks and task lists help keep me on track, and linking them to matters is really useful. I also love the "related contacts" feature, so I can list everyone that is associated with a file in one place for easy access. What do you dislike about Clio? The invoice templates are very klunky and difficult to modify. Visually they're really unattractive. I also want to be able to set and have Clio remember the taxes on category expenses, rather than having to ...

"Clio Makes Being a Solo MUCH Easier!"

What do you like best about Clio? I like having one website for tracking my time, generating invoices, keeping track of clients and matters, and reviewing data. I especially love the dashboard page that keeps me informed on how I'm doing against my goals. What do you dislike about Clio? I wish that my Clio account would sync with my small-business bank account and automatically register certain invoices as paid, but I imagine this would be pretty hard to set up! What problems is Clio ...

"Great service"

What do you like best about Clio? Lots of great features. I also really appreciate the ability to reach out to a customer service person and make suggestions or get tips. They are always very helpful and responsive. What do you dislike about Clio? I really wish I had the ability to label a phone number in a case as belonging to a particular person. For example, if I have two phone numbers for a client, it would be really nice to be able to label one of the phone numbers as belonging to the ...

"Excellent and Easy to Use Law Practice Management Software"

What do you like best about Clio? I like that it's simple to use yet very powerful and that there are many ways to do the same thing, depending on your preference. Extremely user friendly. Accounting is a piece of cake. What do you dislike about Clio? I don't like the fact that Clio Grow is not integrated with Clio Manage. This is frustrating and annoying. Clio Grow costs too much for the few times that I would need it. Also, I don't like that you can't duplicate a matter, at least this ...

"Simply a required app for any attorney in today's working landscape"

What do you like best about Clio? I love Clio but I especially love the Clio phone app. As a construction defect defense attorney, I travel a lot for work. I try to maximize my time and am usually on the phone while driving (hands-free of course). Before my firm obtained Clio, I just wasn't capturing all of my time when working outside the office. Missing those .1 or .2 entries adds up. Now, as soon as I park, I can jump on my phone and enter my time. My overall billing has without a doubt ...
