What do you like best about Clio? I feel that it is very user friendly, all-encompassing and lets you do everything you need to do with a matter, contact, or document. What do you dislike about Clio? I have not found any downsides to Clio as of yet. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Clio is helping me manage my day-to-day activities for my job and keeps everything organized. They also are always quick to respond when I need assistance.

What do you like best about Clio? The ease of use between the online version and the app. I also like that all of the team can be utilized to access anything at anytime if needed. What do you dislike about Clio? When clients send in a group of documents, you can't click next to see the next document sent by the client. You have to exit the document and upload it. That you can not make a contact under husband and wife, as a joint contact. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Time management. What do you like best about Clio? being able to have a cloud-based software that I can use to prepare pre-bills and store all of my client files and contacts. What do you dislike about Clio? When finalizing bills, the deletions do not reflect in the file itself so I have to delete them in the pre-bill as well as in the actual file. It takes up a lot of time.
