What do you like best about Clio? My favorite feature is the billing area. So easy to run a bill and then undo it if you need to make changes! What do you dislike about Clio? Hmmmm....that's a tough one. I wasn't crazy about how the data was transferred from our legacy system but I think that happens whenever you switch systems. What do you like best about Clio? Clio makes docketing super easy! It's a very useful feature. What do you dislike about Clio? The ability to add multiple clients to a matter would be helpful. (not just associating them with the matter) What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? They are helping us get payments faster by linking with LawPay.

What do you like best about Clio? Clio makes remote work more efficient, and identifying clients and cases by searching in Clio is a breeze. What do you like best about Clio? I really enjoy using clio for our non-profit! The intake forms make it really easy to automate our process with a small staff. Clio is very user friendly and it helps keep us organized. What do you dislike about Clio? Overall, Clio works very well. As a non-profit that doesn't charge for legal services, the billing features are not relevant to us. I wish there was a way to hide the billing features so they were not in the way. "It's a fine cloud storage document organizing platform."
What do you like best about Clio? It's very easy to organize your matters and share documents. What do you dislike about Clio? Mobile offering certainly needs work. Also it would be helpful to have either a checkout feature (like NetDocs does) or some way where people could easily collaborate with each other. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Clio is changing the old way small firms do things by printing everything out. Great organization tools.

What do you like best about Clio? being able to have a cloud-based software that I can use to prepare pre-bills and store all of my client files and contacts. What do you dislike about Clio? When finalizing bills, the deletions do not reflect in the file itself so I have to delete them in the pre-bill as well as in the actual file. It takes up a lot of time. What do you like best about Clio? Being able to properly describe what is happening in my cases and having separate spots for each item has kept organization high. What do you dislike about Clio? I dislike the adding contacts and separate emails works for clio communication portals. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? It is keeping cases much more organized and helps me keep track of what I need to work on.

"Good for what it is but missing some basic functionality"
What do you like best about Clio? For a starter client management system its easy to use and get started. The in house document templates are good to have. Support team is fairly easy to work with. I can't speak to the competitors. They have good webinars. What do you dislike about Clio? "Clio Helps Me Get Work Done"
What do you like best about Clio? Clio gives me cloud-based access to my claim files and litigation documents so that I can work efficiently whether I am in or out of the office.
