"great cloud based case management system"

What do you like best about Clio? I love the added feature of the client portal. Being able to give the client access to their file and be able to communicate with us efficiently is key! What do you dislike about Clio? I wish there were sample case management plans and workplans What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? clint communication, document upload and deadlines

"Clio has been user friendly and streamlined client file management."

What do you like best about Clio? Ease of use, and being web based allows for remote access by support staff. What do you dislike about Clio? I have not been able to explore all of the benefits that the program has avaiable. Just recently learned how to merge email by downloading the extension. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Ease of billing process and timely payment of bills.

What do you like best about Clio? Cleo has excellent support services and easy to use tools. It's a good fit for my small firm. What do you dislike about Clio? I want to encourage Clio to change the ability for Clio to interact with smart books to make the connection go more smoothly What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Streamlining, conflict, check and becoming a failsafe to ensure that complete file retention is occurring

Other management software's allow for unlimited use accounts for non-professionals. All-in-One Program

I like that when I put something on Outlook or Clio calendars it syncs to the other. I like that when I need to set up a new file, I can go to another file where most of the information is the same and duplicate it and then change only the things I need to change for the new file. I like that I can see everyone's calendar at one place. At first, I had complaints but after using it a few months, I don't really have any complaints or dislike anything that it does. "Clio is a great Law Practice Management and Intake Software Package"

What do you like best about Clio? Not only does Clio provide nearly everything we need in one place, it adapts to the needs of its customers as we provide feedback; customer support is really terrific too! Clio is a Lifesaver and Game changer!

I would not be able to conduct my business without Clio. I absolutely love it. I have used Clio since 2020 and would not change anything. It helps me stay organized, and on top of all my matters. It even makes it easy to search closed matters when questions come up. I highly and whole-heartedly recommend Clio 100%!

Clio optimizes the business of my legal services

I have optimized my timekeeping, billing, and invoicing. Thus, my collections have improved dramatically. Cashflow is so much happier, and it is now an easy lift. Much of what I slogged through before Clio has been automated, and the process takes relatively little time. I also appreciate customer support and resources.
