What do you like best about Clio? Easy setup, intuitive to use, gets you on the same page with people on your team. What do you dislike about Clio? The reporting could be better insofar as relevance and ensuring the data is reliable. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? It's the single source of truth for each matter and more generally the Firm's financial and operational health.

What do you like best about Clio? I have been getting the most use out of the online booking via my wesite and the auto appts text & email reminders to clients. All-in-One Program

I like that when I put something on Outlook or Clio calendars it syncs to the other. I like that when I need to set up a new file, I can go to another file where most of the information is the same and duplicate it and then change only the things I need to change for the new file. I like that I can see everyone's calendar at one place. At first, I had complaints but after using it a few months, I don't really have any complaints or dislike anything that it does. Clio's thorough case management tools mean I'm ready to do anything, any time

Clio makes matter and contact alignment easy to accomplish. The ability to create custom fields and custom field sets for particular types of matters help me stay on top of the case, whether at the office or outside of it. "Related contacts" can be added with one click, making those phone numbers or e-mails right at hand when needed in a hurry. Time keeping integrated right into the activity records is another money-making time-saver I don't want to go without, ever again.
