Revolutionary for Client Intake

Our firm has been using Clio Grow and Manage for a couple of years now and I truly don't know where we'd be without it. I work in both daily but use Clio Grow for all of our onboarding. It makes the process so much quicker and gives you constant visual organization of where each lead is in your pipeline. It's also fully customizable for each firm's needs.

Clio's thorough case management tools mean I'm ready to do anything, any time

Clio makes matter and contact alignment easy to accomplish. The ability to create custom fields and custom field sets for particular types of matters help me stay on top of the case, whether at the office or outside of it. "Related contacts" can be added with one click, making those phone numbers or e-mails right at hand when needed in a hurry. Time keeping integrated right into the activity records is another money-making time-saver I don't want to go without, ever again.

Great law firm management software for a reasonable price

Clio helps me keep on top of tasks, generating documents, setting and meeting goals, billing, and organizing client files. Their document automation creator has been a huge time-saver for me. The price of the software is reasonable and a good value.

Clio provides a great value of benefit…

Clio provides a great value of benefit provided vs the cost. I've used Clio since December 2021 as the case management platform for my solo practice. While there are certain things that I would love to see added to their platform, they are constantly adding new features and have a robust third-party integration menu to help fill any niches you may need. (Ex. Clio integrates with Case Mail to allow for saving on time with mailings)

Organized Teamwork Made Easy

I work remotely and often collaborate with a team where nobody is physically in the same place. Clio does a brilliant job with facilitating this. The documents are organized, we can message each other, add notes, send tasks, view schedules etc. and the different log options ensure we know what has been done and when. Having all this in one place also saves a lot of time.

"Excellent Client file program"

What do you like best about Clio? I like it that you can change the information about the client without too much trouble. If we need to add someone else, or remove someone from the file, we can do so pretty easily. What do you dislike about Clio? Sometimes when trying to do billing it feels like there are too many steps to edit a bill. Once you edit it on the activity tab, it would be nice if it stayed that way, and that you didn't have to edit it agin if you leave that page. What problems ...

"Organized system to keep track of clients and cases"

What do you like best about Clio? I think the entire program has made organizing cases and information very easy. The billing portion is simple and organized, and allows clients to make payments online. I also like the custom fields, because it allows me to add the information to the matter dashboard that I feel is important. What do you dislike about Clio? "Other solo attorneys can work smarter and faster with Clio"

What do you like best about Clio? My practice is much more organized with Clio. Billing is a nonissue, and Clio keeps improving itself while I learn, too. Customer service is off the chart great.
