What do you like best about Clio? Easy too use and customer support is great. What do you dislike about Clio? You cant build specialized reports. Needs to be added as an option. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Billing all in one place and easy to use.

"The best case management system I could ask for"

What do you like best about Clio? Clio is flexible, affordable and offers fantastic cutsomer service and care. All of which are crucial when you run a law firm or, if like myself, you are a start up firm building everything from the ground up. Many case management systems are clunky and rigid but with Clio, there are endless options to customise features so the sytem works around you and your firm and the way you choose to undertake work. "Clio is worth every penny!"

What do you like best about Clio? I appreciate the fact that Clio is continuously getting feedback from users and making improvements to the software. I have been able to reduce my credit card transaction fees by using Clio. I also am excited to try the new "Stages" feature that Clio introduced recently. "solid practice management system"

What do you like best about Clio? I like that there are always new features being added, and new programs that integrate within Clio. If I need help figuring somethign out, there are plenty of tutorials and help articles. Even better, the chat feature is always responsive and helpful. What do you dislike about Clio? "Excellent all around product"

What do you like best about Clio? The intuitive interface is probably the best aspect. The basic learning curve is very easy for new hires. What do you dislike about Clio? Integration is a bit tricky depending on how one's office is already set up. However, if starting from scratch with Clio, integration is straightforward. "Super product and services"

What do you like best about Clio? Having used Clio for 4+ years as a solo practitioner without support staff, I found it is worth way I pay in terms of efficiency and helping me be on top of all matters as well as on-boarding new clients with minimum disruption. The on-line support is excellent and worth paying a premium for. "Great time saving features included"

What do you like best about Clio? I have been getting the most use out of the online booking via my wesite and the auto appts text & email reminders to clients. Also, I love the the intergration with my drafting software and the secured client portal. What do you dislike about Clio? The system carmentalizes too many systems limit quick movement between the system. "Can't practice without it"

What do you like best about Clio? Clio keeps everything organized and it's easy to use. There are so many features that coordinate your intake, meetings, documents, email, billing and invoices. And it integrates with a lot of other apps as well. What do you dislike about Clio? Parts of Clio are not customizable, and you can't change certain things in invoices (like spacing). What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? I never adequately filed emails, but Clio makes it easy.

What do you like best about Clio? Easy setup, intuitive to use, gets you on the same page with people on your team. What do you dislike about Clio? The reporting could be better insofar as relevance and ensuring the data is reliable. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? It's the single source of truth for each matter and more generally the Firm's financial and operational health.
