What do you like best about Clio? The most helpful thing about Clio is absolutely their calandaring feature. Calandaring is so important in the legal field, and with Clio, I can see all of my team members' calandars at a glance, making it very simple to see everyone's availability. What do you dislike about Clio? I think perhaps the least helpful thing about Clio is that there could be slightly better training resources for new employees. What do you like best about Clio? Easy to use. Easy to learn. Versatile and perfect for my small firm. What do you dislike about Clio? I would like to see the day of the week when using calendar functions instead of just the date. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Clio? 1. All-in-One Solution. Clio handles Calendaring/Scheduling, Document Storage, Communications and Notes, and conflict checking seamlessly. What do you dislike about Clio? The document storage method is a bit cumbersome, but it may be our unfamiliarity with it. What do you like best about Clio? Clio has allowed us to track all communication, track our time and billing, and communication more effectively with our clients (through the clt portal). The add-in with Microsoft Outlook is a great & useful tool. What do you dislike about Clio? There are times when an email doesn't link up to the client's account immediately. What do you like best about Clio? Having clients and colleagues information all in one place along with notes and documents. All case information and opposing parties, and family easily found as well. What do you dislike about Clio? Needed additional programs to track time and creating templates is not easy. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Clio is always updating their program and it makes it more user friendly.

What do you like best about Clio? I like the way things are organized. All the features available are very useful and time-saving. What do you dislike about Clio? That Clio Grow and Clio Manage are separate environments. Ideally, both should be under one. A full accounting feature is missing. What do you like best about Clio? Good system of organizing the data. You guys keep improving periodically. The export matters report is good because you can manipulate the majority of the data there and identify information quickly. What do you dislike about Clio?
