PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We have scaled through other similar tools but they do not match what ClickTime has to offer. It is simple and offers seamless support in term of our time tracking needs. What do you like best? Based on my last call, I was helped quickly and found what I needed easily. What do you dislike? I've always been disappointed with the reports. Most of the time, very simple things that mostly anyone in payroll would need, are not available in the reports and every time I've asked for anything report-related, I've always been instructed to use pivot tables in Excel. What do you like best? I do like how it is geared towards a non-profit organization. What do you dislike? I wish the reports were more flexible. I still haven't heard back from support that I had a question on regarding reports-it's been 2 weeks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlining the employee expenses, company holidays and the time off accrual system has been a great help to our organization.

What do you like best? It is very easy to enter hours but the stop watch doesn’t always work. What do you dislike? The stop watch doesn’t always work and generating reports is a long process. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recording time.

I can't put an yearly balance for hours that consultants are hired. I would like to add the yearly hours and when they enter their timesheets they see the balance they have What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
