Works Well for Nonprofits
What do you like best? We have been a ClickTime customer for over ten years. Extremely easy to use and very easy for new employees to get up and running. Produces all the reports we need to track staff time to invoice our government grants and to understand exactly where we are spending our time. Should be called QuikTime!!!
What do you like best? The easy and fast user interface and enjoyable user experience. What do you dislike? Sometimes the system can freeze at important and crucial times completely messing up records What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Extra time employees take at that beginning of thier shift. It's shaving 10 to 15 minutes off unproductive time.

What do you like best? What I like best about ClickTime is that it is user friendly, can generate various types of reports, can be used remotely, and the customer service is excellent. After the initial use, the dashboards auto-fill with your previous days clients and allow you to set billing goals for individuals within the company. What do you like best? My favorite features relate to the billable % numbers. With ClickTime you have flexibility on setting up what triggers billable %. For my firm we had specific billing codes that were billable and others that were for overhead. After the initial setup, billable % was calculated automatically and in real time. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We have scaled through other similar tools but they do not match what ClickTime has to offer. It is simple and offers seamless support in term of our time tracking needs.
