In short, it is simple and new users can easily find their way around the features. What do you like best? The overall user experience is a pleasure. Very little training is required for new users. What do you dislike? The ClickTime Connector sync interface with QuickBooks works and is easy to set up but the functionality isn't what we need so we enter data manually in QuickBooks.
