Perfect fit for our unique needs

What do you like best? I like the various reports, the ability to change data in the past (rates, costs, etc) for making corrections, the ability to export to excel is critical. What do you dislike? Typically any problems I've had are resolved by customer service. I can't think of any particular dislikes so far. I would like the ability to make bulk changes to Employee data (ex Costs). Making changes to this each year is quite time consuming. Recommendations to others ...

Great Product but wish it would integrate with BambooHR for payroll

What do you like best? Easy time tracking; helpful in generating invoices to clients. What do you dislike? doesn't integrate with BambooHR or Execupay which creates double work for our practice. Recommendations to others considering the product: Integrate with BambooHR Payroll / Execupay. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? integration limitations; needing some custom fields specific to our practice needs

What do you like best? I like that it allows you to keep track of staffs time on projects and help you project your profit on each project. What do you dislike? Reporting, there needs to be a better way to get clients their own type of report from your already existing reports without using AdHoc. This options does not help at all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easier watch over staff and their time spend on projects

More than time tracking

What do you like best? Easy for everyone. Compared to paper timesheets, ClickTime saves a lot of time for staff. Track time on our phone or laptop, quickly approve employee hours, What do you dislike? The mobile app is not not a good solution.Unfortunately it does not integrate with Quickbooks online. A thorough tool that is both flexible and easy to use.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? ClickTime is a no-nonsense tracker that does its job really well. I wasn't floored by its features so much as to say that it's better than the other tools that provide the same support, but this has helped me a lot especially on the allocation of my time and budget.
