User friendly time tracking
What do you like best? Clicktime's ease of use, short informative tutorials and particularly a mobile app to let everyone on your team enter time whether in the office or on the beach What do you dislike? Some of the reports could be easier to navigate What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We track all client time against client budgets and Clicktime allows us to do it easily.

What do you like best? I appreciate that Clicktime breaks down Projects within Programs that allows us to track organizational time allocated to specific work. What do you dislike? Sometimes the order of the days shifts when I submit my timesheet, which makes it hard to compare weeks over time. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It helps me to manage the resources I have based on the budget of the client. This way I can make a decision on how much resources I should allocate to a project of the client in real time while accounting for the budget in place. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Clicktime has a really reliable database. You’d be hard-pressed to lose your data if you use this tool and that is exactly what my company needs. Plus, you can organize your materials in categories for easier handling of tasks too. User friendly, efficient time tracking for multiple departments & programs
What do you like best? The workflow efficiency is probably the best feature. Couldn't be easier to request time off, or approve/reject timesheets, and these can be done anywhere you have internet access. Correcting errors is a breeze. No papers floating around the office that need to be signed. What do you dislike? Minor gripe: Time is entered in a week view. My group has all salaried employees, and sometimes it's easier to enter/edit time if you can see the whole pay period. The ...

Easy to use and good service
What do you like best? Lots of different reporting options and ease of administrator access and ability to make changes What do you dislike? Not having an extra field to categorise time (eg. Job 1, Job 2) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allocating costs to jobs and squad P&L's with much more accuracy to better understand the true cost of our business and customers.

It was a great, easy way to keep track of employee time and resource.
What do you like best? I enjoyed knowing what I was doing with my time at work. It was easy to keep track of time off and vacation days as well which can get blurred without this system in place. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and kind. Skip helped with what I needed even when problems arose. What do you dislike?
