I like that is very easy to use, all my team work adapted well since we began to use it, one of the best thing about this tool is that allows us to save time in the organization of the workflow so we are more productive and use the time saved in other things. Quick and easy - just needs talking through
What do you like best? I like that tasks can be changed for different accounts - as our previous time-tracking system didn't offer this functionality. What do you dislike? Takes a little while to get to learn! It's not as easy to use straightaway as our previous system. Also, the mobile app isn't the standard I expected. What do you like best? Intuitive, easy to navigate and make changes/edits What do you dislike? Love that you can hide tasks that you never do. You're able to check off the tasks the you are only doing. Editing dates/times/tasks is also very easy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
