PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I find it to be user-friendly. Learning curve is nothing once you dip your feet in the water. Effective once you start using it. Looks are deceiving.

What do you like best? This application looks good and it worked well when we trialed it but... What do you dislike? We had a terrible experience. The platform worked well when we trialed it, but when we had more than 3 people in our live webinar it wouldn't allow our second presenter to fully join. We could see them as a presenter but we couldn't see their video or hear any audio. We spent 30 mins before the webinar went live trying to resolve the issue with no joy. Support wasn't ...

Very professional webcasts and easy to use

I have only just started using it and I have found Clickmeeting to be easy to use and navigate. I have been able to put our branding on the email invitations and the web room. I have also contacted the helpdesk twice and have found them to be very patient and helpful.

Up until last April I was very happy with ClickMeeting, but since that time I have had nothing but problems with attendees not being able to connect to the webinar and with constant audio issues. Within the past month, I have changed to a different provider for webinar services.

We evaluated all the popular webinar platforms before selecting ClickMeeting. We love the customization features of the registration page and the ability to play videos and chat with participants. And their customer service is awesome. Very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.

ClickMeeting is the best!

I am a small woman-owned business owner who now has transitioned into hosting webinars. I've done extensive research on what platform to use for hosting my webinars. By far and on each research of ClickMeeting-it has come up in at least all searches of the top 5 to top 10 platforms to use. It's very simple and affordable. I especially love the reports it generates after each webinar is over.

The Best!

I moved to Clickmeeting from a different platform a few years back after trying several others and discovering this one was definitely the best. Support is great, although it's not often needed, the platform works really well with just a small learning curve and it is easy to add images and texts for the screen display during Webinars. It's a good looking platform which allows me to interact with my students as much or as little as I like!Terence Watts
