ClickMeeting is right priced and right…

ClickMeeting is right priced and right sized. Has all the basic features needed to run multiple webinars. Especially like the newest features, the ability to send automatically send out replay after the live event concludes. Support team chat is always helpful when i get stuck too.

It allows us to reach out to offices via email to remind them of their scheduled webinar, it has a chat field that enables us to answer questions while the webinar is playing and we can store our training videos to quickly get everything started. What do you dislike? We have had to contact support a few times when the number or pin is invalid and that is super inconvenient when we are on a tight schedule for running trainings. Low quality product (deserves 3 stars…

Low quality product (deserves 3 stars at most) but unacceptable conduct by the company. Made a mistake and loaded funds on the wrong account. Called support and they refused to give me a refund, only allowing me to move funds from one account to another. Never happened to me, almost a scam.
