Waste of money and time

Waste of money and time. Customer Service is non existent and I have yet to have any class without problems. Most places would provide a little help they provide links that do not help and don't even follow-up to see if it is working. With close to 50 classes I have never had more than a five minutes of time where everyone can hear and see.They once claimed it could be my internet but that is false because I use other platforms daily, along with others, and NEVER have an issue. I used ClickMeeting for a long time (over 20 times over the years) for teaching and marketing. I used to recommend them to friends and colleagues… But I won't anymore, because I don't trust them.Here's why:Dishonest cancel policies:- When you cancel payment for your account, they terminate it right away, even if you've just paid for the whole month. What do you like best? The platform is a really nice way of doing webinars internally and externally, with ease of use. No training was required, just shadowed someone using it once and was able to go ahead by myself. You can host events for multiple people too easily join from a click of link. What do you dislike?
