Great Tool, Amazing Customer Service
What do you like best? Interface is easy to use and is amazingly fast. It takes less than a few seconds to query millions of data points. Intent based segmentation is one of the most used feature by my team after funnels. It is also easy to integrate with. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Omni Channel Communication, Able to manage the different communication channels at one place, helping us to engage users in a more sophisticated way. The user segmentation is very good, we can segment users based on the activities they did on our platform.
