Purchased Norton360 premium via ComputerActive magazine, download will not activate, keep getting key code invalid, customer care!! Of no use, keep saying contact Norton but my contract is with them not Norton. Still awaiting a solution but may only get my money back via PayPal.

Was charged $44.57 for the Reimage PC repair, the subscription that I cancelled a long time ago.Complained to their customer support, but it seemed unlikely that they will refund me.Cancelled again at PayPal their subscription that 'miraculously' appeared.

A collection agency with veiled threats for CCleaner

Got an email from this outfit for a bill for extending the subscription for Piriform's CCleaner. The tone of the email was a veiled "or else". I cannot believe that CC leaner gave them my email address. I was going to purchase CCleaner but the fact that they deal with this kind of organization is another solid reason to avoid their products.

Bad Software And It’s Subscription Based

Purchased their phone clean product and lost over 4,000 photos in addition to other media types. The software is absolutely horrid and lacks an intuitive UI. As an IT professional for over 30 years, I can tell you this product is garbage. And it renews as a subscription every year! So you continue to get screwed even after the damage has been done.

Rip off price of Panda Dome

Rip off price of Panda Dome , I bought the product for 1 year luckily I cancelled the automatic renewal and cancelled their automatic payment on my paypal account , Cleverbridge quoted me a renewal with a 30% increase yet the price on Pandas website is less this makes no sense unless Cleverbridge are taking a cut ?, I bought my renewal with Panda via Blitzhandle for more than 70% less than what Cleverbridge quoted .
