The worst
The worst! If I could do a negative star, I would. Cleverbridge charge us twice for a product order costing $454. The error was caught by using the first day and when we called, the customer service rep said they could not see the double payment and kept telling us it was a bank error. Called back and the second person again said there was no double payment and we couldn't do anything. Their Corel VideoStudio Ultimate 2000 is not working, I am under warranty, I send my request and I do not receive any confirmation email, the Help area is cover by a Boot which do not solve anything and their phone is not working. And at the end, I need my money back and I do not know how to do it.

Cleverbridge charged me for something I didn't purchase, but refunded after calling them.
I got charged via paypal from cleverbridge and it charged my credit card.I did not make this purchase, so raised an issue on Paypal resolution. PayPal rejected/closed the case today, and they determined there was no unauthorised use.I called cleverbridge today and the lady on the phone (in Germany) issued a refund. But she didn't have my email address on the transaction.PayPal sent me email alert "Case closed in your favour, and refunded you." PayPal could've handled it better I think.But I ...

Unethical shower of cowboys - stay well away!!
Bought ccleaner last year, was not aware it was an automatic renewal / subscription - got an email to say they had taken the renewal 6 weeks before it was due, so as far as I am concerned I cancelled before my renewal date, so asked for a refund via paypal - who sided with them!! Cannot understand how any actual human would think it was ethical to allow them to take payment well before renewal and then tell me I couldn't get a refund because I hadn't cancelled before hand!!

Payment taken after cancellation
Cancelled my subscription in February after receiving their renewal notification. Deleted Parallels from my computer. Today received notice that they had taken payment for subscription. Unethical business practices continue unabated

Purchased EaseUS Data Recovery Software, which payment had to be done via Cleverbridge, cleverbridge AG. Until i made my choice, all 4 products i was trying to read and find out what offers what, were already accepted as unpaid offers by cleverbridge AG. Ville få 0 stjerne hvis man kunne give det. Det er helt igennem et firma med ingen moral. Ved et uheld blev vi tilmeldt. Og oven i købet TO gange blev der trukket beløb på kontoen. Vi har skrevet til dem to gange indenfor de 14 dages fortrydelsesret. De lover at vende tilbage indenfor 5 -7 dage, men vi har intet hørt - som i INTET - og spamfilter er tjekket. Kan kun sige: hold jer væk fra dem her.

Corel WinDVD pro - au top !
Achat windvd pro déjà ancien 😅J'aime beaucoup ce logiciel pour la lecture de blu-ray 3D en particulier.Seul défaut, au bout d'un moment, on ne peut plus télécharger le logiciel pour réinstallation. Never trust Cleverbridge
I wanted to buy a licence for Draftsight (Dassault) and when on the Dassault web site thought that I was dealing with them. However they have an automatic link so that all transactions are handled by Cleverbridge. When I pressed the "Pay Now" button after giving my credit card details I was still not aware that the payment was being handled by Cleverbridge.
