Cleverbridge behauptet ich hätte angeblich (für mich zumindest unbemerkt) beim Kauf einer PANDA Antivirus-Software im Jahre 2018 ein Abo abgeschlossen. Die wollen jetzt Geld haben.... 89 € für das mit unbekannte Abo. Ich denke, dass hier ist ein Fall von arglistiger Täuschung ( = fahrlässiges in Unkenntnis lassen bei Kauf des Produktes) > $ 122 BGB. Zumal auch, wie hier ja zahlreich zu sehen ist, eine Methode bzw. Absich (also auch eine Arglist) vorliegt. Nur Nichts - aber auch GARNICHTS ...

Not effective with the id's member and password and mentioned that they have no recollection of being a member which is false. I have a paid subscription for life.

This company charged me £63 for…

This company charged me £63 for software that quite frankly did not work and was a waste of money. I cancelled the subscription a few days later but they have still billed me again. They are refusing to issue a refund. Total fraudsters that hide a subscription scam behind a useless piece of software. Avoid like the plague!
