Disgraceful trading practice…

This company acting for Corel charged me for an extra year of subscription with the only alternative being to cancel at the end of that subscription obviously in one year's time. No question of whether I want to cancel now, even though I have never used Parallels for Windows. Just be warned and unless you really want the product, don't sign up in the first place and make your comments known to Corel.

Credit Card Hacked After Purchase

I purchased Partition Master from EaseUs (which is a Chinese company) on 11/17/20 via Cleverbridge. Just 30 hours later, my credit card was hacked and being used to download Chinese-language cell phone games. Cleverbridge did not take the fraud seriously. They never responded to my issue.

Total Scammers

I bought WinZip 24 and was then continually bombarded with winzip 25 free upgrade. I finally relented and upgraded to 25. Immediately it removed my registration and put me on a trial and I could not get it to recognize my code. Cleverbridge told me to deal with WInZip they just ignored me. Total Scammers

Today I buy their Corel VideoStudio…

Today I buy their Corel VideoStudio Ultimate 2000. It is not working, I am under warranty, I send my request and I do not receive any confirmation email. Try to Repair with no results. Try to download again receive a message link was not available. Sent a message to how the problem can be resolve but no answer so far. If by Monday there is no feed back or problem solve will contact my Credit Account to cancel.

Surprise Credit Card Charge

I was charged and didn't realize I was in an annual subscription. I called and got a refund. They said there was a 30 day money back guarantee, so all good, I think. No runaround on the phone, good experience.

Attempts to cancel subscription frustrated

At time of writing, their system for stopping automatic renewal is broken, at least for me. I raised a "support ticket" reporting the error and asking for them to stop automatic renewal. They replied six days later with "Just checking in. I was wondering if you need further assistance or have more questions, just let me know and I'll be happy to help!" This chirpy reply masks the fact that they'd done nothing to help in these six days: no reply about the issues; they had not cancelled ...

Scammer

I downloaded a free trial of an upgraded winzip. When I was ready to pay, I paid and before I download the paid version I uninstalled the trial version to install the new paid one. To my surprise they were offering me 50% discount on the winzip AFTER I paid the full price for the winzip. I sent them an email obviously with no response. So this sucker here paid the full price and after they offered me a 50% discount on the software. Cleverbridge you are scammer crooks. People DO NOT download ...

Recharged for a product I paid for 5 years ago

I bought Fabfilter products in 2015 and paid them IN FULL at the time of purchase. Now, 5 years later, cleverbridge has the audacity to charge me $107! Then send me the invoice showing me that the amount was already paid in full 5 years ago! These people are awful crooks.

Nothing Clever about Cleverbridge

I purchased C-Cleaner Professional after using the basic product for free for years. I received an email offering me a last chance to get the Professional version for £24.95, which was reduced to just £4.95 if I clicked on the link to purchase. So I did - I was directed too pay by PayPal the full amount and told that I would receive a refund code after my payment.
