license on 2 purchased products not working

After re-installation of windows10, I was not allowed to install Nitro Pro9 although I had a "lifetime" licence! After contact to Cleveland I got a mail with new download instructions. The link didn't work (an .exe file as link???) I then purchased the newest vers. 13 and installed it. However this new version cannot save any MS document as pdf!!!This product is useless and I will try to get my money back, although with only a little hope.Be carefull with this company!

Be careful when buying programs online…

Be careful when buying programs online using this company as they seem to include a subscription with an automatic renewal in their terms more or less hidden. One year after you bought the product they will charge your credit card again for a "non-returnable" renewal fee. This is done without any prior e-mail reminders or choices of canceling the renewal - as any serious company with the customer in focus would do.

My Father who is 86 was conned by these…

My Father who is 86 was conned by these guys to spend £25 a month for a F-Secure product, he hardly uses the internet and has no idea what it does - he has had this charge recurring for 6 years.Scandalous that this was sold to a pensioner

Resolved Issue

It took a little work, but we were able to get a refund for a reoccurring charge. Took a little bit of effort, but it worked out.

Borderline Fraudulent?

This company appears to be borderline fraudulent. They charged my credit card with no notice and refused to offer refund because it was over 30 days. I don't even know what the service was for but some kind of reoccurring charge. Not flexible at all. I'm going to have to cancel my credit card in order to avoid this from happening or at least block them from future charges.

NO REFUND. Solution DID NOT WORK. EaseUS recovery

REFUND WAS GIVEN AFTER NEGATIVE REVIEW AND CHECKING THE “Notify cleverbridge box”. Purchased EaseUS data recovery solution from them and the RECOVERY DIDN’T WORK (based on my Surface 2 which had SSD with TRIM ENABLED). The TECH SUPPORT SAID I WOULD get a refund then I received 2 emails saying my subscription was cancelled but NO REFUND. NO REFUND. NO REFUND. Even though the solution didn’t perform as stated on the website.

I recently signed up to Pay Pal

I recently signed up to Pay Pal. I put $17and and 10c in just to have some money in there if l wanted to buy something from Wish etc. Then when l looked to check my funds l had zero balance. My Pay Pal account had been cleaned out by a company called " cleverbridge" l couldn't believe it as l had never heard of this company. I am only lucky that l hadn't put in anymore than that.
